These terms apply to purchases made through AKREI STOCKS. The exact product title and selected variant form part of the agreement.
Product scope
Only the game, region, account state, access type and content expressly written in the selected option are included. Images and general category text do not expand that scope.
Digital delivery
After confirmed payment, eligible stock is delivered automatically on the order page. Delivery is complete when the credentials or digital content are revealed to the buyer.
First-login verification
The buyer must verify access and the selected option promptly. A short first-login recording made before changing credentials may be required for support.
Customer responsibilities
Keep credentials private, use the correct region, follow publisher rules and do not share, resell or modify the account before verification is complete.
Support and evidence
Initial access problems or verified option mismatches must be reported within 24 hours with the order number and reasonable evidence. Publicly posting credentials may void support.
Refund and replacement scope
Digital orders are normally final after delivery. Where evidence confirms an eligible initial issue, AKREI may provide troubleshooting, correction, replacement or a refund at its discretion.
Exclusions
Buyer error, wrong-region selection, changed credentials, sharing, resale, cheats, later publisher action, customer-caused bans and unsupported claims are not covered.
Publisher terms and risk
Account trading may conflict with a game publisher's rules. AKREI is independent from Riot Games and cannot guarantee future publisher decisions.
